As we move throughout our days we tend to give little thought to what happens with the inner workings of how our days are created. Whether we go through something horrible and we are broken down to literal pieces, or brought up to the highest of highs of pure bliss.
We are granted with opportunities of growth and reward through the swells of life. Time may be linear here on earth, but life is quite the opposite.
When we learn to see life from a higher perspective, there is so much more to see and understand. All of our experiences, thoughts and feelings are valid, but as humans we tend to hold onto the pain and the suffering. It alters us and changes us.
‘Negative’ emotions have been taught to us as being bad, that we should carry shame for experiencing them. It is important to express emotions, but in a healthy way that does not cause destruction to the self or others. Finding a way to express oneself in healthy ways brings you up to a higher vibration and helps with releasing what no longer serves our highest and greatest good.
We begin to see from above. Why certain things happened along our path, who we have met, why something did or did not work out. It is all placed to bring us to this very moment.
We have the power to change and create the reality of which we live in, but it does take that mental awareness in order to begin.
To see the truth and to know we are all protected in ways that we may not even realise. We are always seen by those who love us unconditionally. One of the most powerful actions you can make is to be the number one person who does.
